Hit the road. The polished, classic look of fine leather comes together with the rugged durability of rubber in our Recycled Rubber Inner Tube Bags. The material we use for most bags comes from blown-out truck tires found at truck stops throughout Vietnam, and—for our larger bags, like the laptop bag—we use harder-to-find tractor tires.

Each inner tube is washed, cleaned, cut and polished by hand, making every bag a custom, one-of-a-kind piece. Tread styles and imprints vary, and there are sometimes patches or creases on the tires from its past life—we like to think of these variations as being like the minor imperfections on a designer leather purse or jacket. Part of the fun of owning a Rac Sack Recycled Inner Tube Bag is their true individuality. Rest assured, you’ll never find a person with the same bag as you.
